Sickening! Absolutely sickening, I tell you!
I just sent a box of chocolates to Eddie, hopefully that helps with his menstrual cramps this news is surely to bring upon him.

Hopefully the IBF puts the mandate into effect soon, as I really want to see fresh blood challenging for the belts. And the winner of Bakole vs Ajagba would do just fine. It´s not perfect, but better than having to recycle the same few names over and over again.

Not sure if beating Anderson and possibly Ajagba warrants a title shot, although we know that he IBF have the stupidest rankings.

So, Dubois and Parker fight in Feb. Bakole is fighting in May and plans to push IBF to enforce the mandatory. Do you think there will be enough time to make the fight between Usyk and Dubois/Parker winner?

    You're not wrong!

IBF like to make the most random fighters suddenly a mandatory.

Then why has Tyson Fury always been afraid to fight him?

Fury lost to, in his own words, a "midget middleweight" twice. Imagine what he thought AJ would have done since size was all Fury understood.

Yeah, as per Fury's own words, he was never any good, as he couldn't beat the middleweight.

    Agreed.

If ever a fight didn't deserve a rematch, it was Dubois-Joshua.

It was a one-sided beatdown round after round.

Time to let new people mix it up for the titles. Maybe they can put on more competitive fights.

Dubois-Joshua wasn't competitive in the least.

I wouldn´t mind a rematch, because Joshua took a big shot in the opening round and never recovered. It was a ridiculous punch that instantly changed the fight, so I am a bit curious to see how things would play out in a rematch.
However, and immediate rematch was stupid, because like you said - it was a blowout. Joshua should at least beat someone of note before getting another crack at Dubois.

I'd be firmer in that opinion - beating a young prospect and an old prospect (who haven't beaten a proper gatekeeper between them) most definitely DOES NOT warrant any kind of title shot.

But what the hell... Resumes matter more than the bull**** org rankings to any thinking fan of the sport.

Honestly if Dubois beats Miller, Hrgovic, AJ, Parker and Bakole back to back he deserves some serious credit.
