    when i watch his interviews it looks to me like he knows more about boxing than any other trainer in uk wealth of knowlege and a good fella is there a better trainer in uk at the present moment youd be hard pressed in my humble view

    Nelson very underrated by many on here and you will get many adverse posts in your net Jim.

    Incredible transformation of Ricky Burns under him, provides a no nonsense message between rounds whether fighter on top or struggling and gets the most out of his fighters on the night.

    have to say am surprised to read this the man comes across well talks sense plenty integraty good person he is a pure boxing expert from what i can see he knows it inside out i tell you what burns was one hell of a boxer under billy nelson and martin bakole well wouldnt pick many folk to beat the big fella hes one of most avoided only fury joyce wilder usyk might stand chance against him possibly dubois but i dont think so he would toy with dubois

    I think Fury beats Bakole but he deserves a shot. And Fury will definitely not fight him. Hes holding the title to ransom despite being the joint best out there.
    Re Billy hes up there. Lots of trainers around the same level in the UK and hes one of them. Probably backs his guys more. Didn't he used to post on this forum. Interesting guy, not afraid to engage.

    I'm not sure about that, I recall when he posted here him making some howling terrible predictions. There was a thread taking the **** out of his predictions actually

    I think you overrate Bakole pal. He's a good fighter. Top 10 or 15, but I'd expect the very best in the division >> Fury, Usyk, Wilder, Joshua, Zhang, Joyce, Hrgovic, Gassiev to beat him.

    You have to remember Michael Hunter beat him and he quitted. And the Sergey Kuzmin fight was very close, could've gone either way.. I had it a draw.

    Also he does look a lot older than his so called age, could just be bad genes or he could really be in his 40s lol.

    joshu would beat bakol you say bakole nocked out usyk in sparring thats a fact bud also gassiev really gassiev are you taking the **** with that one im not sure if your being serious mate what has gassiev done to put him top 8 of division

    Lol that's bull****. Usyk the p4p no 1, is levels above Bakole obviously. Krassyuk (Usyks manager) is a very honest, straight guy and he dismissed that claim and said it was actually Usyk almost stopping Bakole. Not that sparring even matters.

    And I don't think you realise just how hard Murat Gassiev punches. When Gassiev lands clean on Bakole he'll be doing the Congolese boogaloo for sure.
