Do you see Naoya Inoue moving up to 126 and becoming undisputed?

All is possible & I’d pay to see him try.

Yes, I do. After beating Fulton, Inoue also said that he will go up to 126 for his last moving up in weight.

Right, Inoue is 5'5 with a 67 inch reach ,Figueroa is 5'8 with a 72 inch reach . As you said , some others have an even greater advantage.

Could Great Britain's finest power punching leprechaun Nick Ball be the one who possess the key to unlock the Inoue riddle? I know for a fact that Inoue holds British fighters and their fearsome punching power in the highest regard and Ball is as strong as an OX, punches very hard, and he has a tough style to face.

Don't forget Rafael Espinoza who is 6'1 with 74 inch reach. Now that's crazy for a 126 lb fighter.

As good as Inoue is, he's going to be physically overmatched against men this size to the point his boxing skills and power might not over come it. He won't be undisputed there in my opinion.

Espinoza is more of a high volume puncher that likes to mix it up though so a fighter with his style would serve a counter puncher like Inoue well. We'll see if Inoue decides to push himself to the limit by moving up to 126. Even if he doesn't remain as dominant in that weight it would already be admirable for him to move up to his 5th weight class. Winning a third undisputed title could be a tall order but certainly not impossible for a special fighter like Inoue.

I wanna see Inoue stay at 122 long enough for Junto to move up and make an all-Japanese super-fight. I am desperate to see that fight so people can finally shut up about Inoue not having any P4P opponents on his ledger. As for 126, the height and reach disadvantage he'd be at against guys like Espinoza, Vargas, and even Ford would be pretty comical. I'd like to see him chase greatness, but I also think there's a good case for him staying great by fighting a weight class more suitable to his dimensions. He started out at 108 and he's not the biggest guy at 122 by any stretch.

If he's already starting to taste canvas at lower weights, it's a legitimate question whether he will be able to take the punches of fighters at this weight
