Does Richardson Hitchins have a chance to beat Devin Haney and Teofimo Lopez?

Now that Hitchins has beaten Paro and is a 140 title holder he’s called out Teofimo Lopez and Devin Haney to challenge him. How do you see his chances against both Lopez and Haney should he fight either of them next year?

I don’t think Hitchins can beat Haney but he can certainly be a nightmare match up for Teofimo.

    I agree on both points.

Haney employs a similar approach but is snappier with his punches and better overall offensively.

Hitchins has the style and discipline to frustrate Teo, who is still quick and twitchy but not nearly as destructive a puncher at 140lbs.

If Reynoso dosen't correct Teo's flaws, Hitchins would make him look stupid

Are you speaking of Devin Haney at his best or Devin Haney now?

In my mind Haney is damaged goods until he shows that he isn't. Psychologically I think he might be done permanently.

Teofimo runs so hot and cold I'm not sure what would happen there.

Before Garcia fight I would pick Haney to outbox Hitchins but after the beating he got I think he’s done mentally and no matter who he fights he’s going to get embarrassed his career is over, Hitchins doesn’t have the pop on his punches to get respect from teo I see Teo wearing him down and stopping him around the 8th round

I need to see Haney in the ring again to have an opinion on his current form. Teo's hot & cold, but I think he beats him.

Yes. None of the guys at 140 are head and shoulders above the others at 140

He could be a nightmare for Teo if Teo can’t time him. Haney would be close either way.

Vs Haney he definitely has a chance. Vs Teo no I believe he doesn't have a chance. He doesn't have the right style, he's not gonna press and Crowd Teo, and fighting from the outside with basic 1-2's he stands a real chance of being countered into oblivion. I think Haney is a winnable fight for him, because I think they're both basic as far as physical attributes, but he's a little bit more gifted basically than Haney....................then again, Haney is a more disciplined outboxer.

I'd have him as the dog in both match ups but:

How does Haney rebound? Mentally, how does he respond? Also Haney normally enjoys a vast speed and talent advantage, Hitchens should close that gap

Hitchins style is lopezs poison. However. Does hitchins do enough to get a decision? Can Hitchins survive Teo's power?
