1.Daniel Dubois will defend his belt
2.Hamzah Sheeraz will challenge for a world title
3.Shakur Stevenson is expected to take on William Zepeda should he get past Tevin Farmer
4.Boots and Bam will both defend should they be victorious in their upcoming fights

Isn’t this being touted as the greatest card ever, pretty disappointing TBH

That's about the to be the cliche to advertise every card. Kind of like them claiming every fighter is the "new face of the sport" every other week after a PPV bout victory.

While it certainly isn't the greatest ever, if all goes as expected it certainly will be one of the top tier card of the year in terms of quality and quantity. I mean, it would be 5 world title fights of which atleast three are close, deserving opponents:
DDD vs Parker...way more exciting than AJ rematch.
Janibek? Adames? vs Sheeraz...former would be more wanted but Sheeraz certainly deserves a title fight
Shakur vs Zepeda...the best non-unification a beltholder can have in a defense at 135 right now
Boots vs ??? Can't be worse than Karen, and with great luck maybe an unification with Barrios?
Bam vs ??? Due to timing it likely won't be unification with Martinez/Ioka winner but hopefully a good contender.

Add on potentially a Bakole vs Kabayel too.

I'm hearing now Lara Vs Hamzah is also in play for the WBA world title .. one way or another it's Hamzah time to give any of the champions a beating .. No.16th KO in a row incoming lol
