Eddie must have deep pockets to buy Buffer's services, who seems to be based solely in the UK with his announcing recently.

    He’s so 1994.

I’m sure Eddie overpaid because no American boxers would take his money.

Who cares? Buffer is completely shot anyway, gets names wrong all the time. Only casuals get a hard on for Buffer’s presence these days, doesn’t mean ****.

Diamante is running the show right now and if the rumours are correct he’s packing the biggest **** in boxing right now.

Stop bro. Buffer is the goat ring announcer. Before almost every meaningful historic fight there was a "Let's get ready to rumble" by Buffer.

    He's redundant now.

Much better less cheesy ring announcers around.

Buffer use to be reserved for the really big special fights. When he's served out for every kind of non fight it wears thin quickly.

I don't want to hear Buffer call out Anthony Crolla or Conor ****ing Benn when they're about to fight some decorator from Luton.

Maybe 100k although no doubt it depends on the gross. The screaming clown Buffer in the ufc makes more than that.

That’s irrelevant now. He’s done, way past his prime. He makes a mockery of pronouncing straight forward names which is ultimate disrespect in the fight game. He’s also a complete embarrassment on Twitter, hyperbolic in promoting awful Matchroom shows. It’s sad to see a wealthy legend of boxing become a paid Matchroom shill.

Buffer does all sorts of cards, I don't think he asks his MGM Grand nightly salary of every little venue he works across the globe as some kind of non-sliding flat rate.

    10k?

Buffer would not get out of bed for 10k.

What a moronic evidenceless statement to randomly make.

Are we really discussing if a ring announcer is past his prime? Has it come to this?

He has a net worth of $400 million. That’s more than any boxer in history apart from maybe Mayweather. He gets most of his money from outside his announcer gigs.

Jimmy Lennon Jr is the best announcer and he didn’t do cheesy work for WCW either!

I can’t take Diamanté seriously with that ridiculous hairstyle.
