Ike Ibeabuchi was meant to fight Andy Ruiz Jr. on the undercard of Pacquiao v. Bradley, however this plan never went into fruition as Ike was still awaiting the issuing of his green card, and he was later arrested after violating probation conditions.

But, what if 43 year old Ike somehow bypasses legal troubles and gets to fight the 26 year old Andy Ruiz onn the undercard of Pacquiao v. Bradley?

What exactly do we know of Ike’s ability in 2016? Because unless he got better since the 90s I’d pick Ruiz.

Really? Didn't hear about it at the time and I'm honestly sceptical it was anything beyond an internet rumour. Even back then, Ibeabuchi was 43 years old guy who did not fight professionally for 17 years.

In boxing ring it would not be a serious fight. Perhaps Ike would be able to beat Andy up on the prison yard, then force him to give up his lunch to him and call him "Mr. President" while doing so.

    By then?.. I'd say Ruiz.
