What’s your thoughts on Madrimov choosing to face 2 dangerous punchers back to back in a span of 2 months? Is this a very risky move for his career?

Nothing but huge respect for him doing this and having the confidence to fight both of them in a short time fram. But I’m also concerned how it would pan out considering Bohachuk is no pushover. Still very ballsy of him to make that schedule.

Incredible for the fans but not for Madrimov's brain cells; I can definitely see him beating Bohachuk, however any victory will be hard fought and I don't see him winning without taking punishment. And fighting Ortiz just a few weeks off a gruelling fight against Bohachuk is a recipe for disaster; even a well rested Madrimov would have trouble with Ortiz IMO.

Madrimov vs Bohachuk could be a real war so if he emerges victorious from that one he could well be going straight into another war with Ortiz whilst compromised. Bohachuk and Ortiz both have KO 95%

Maybe he catches Bohachuk early or in the mid rounds and stops him but if it's a gruelling long distance fight he won't even be able to have a proper rest and heal up

So what is really going on with Fondura and why does the WBC and WBO need it give out interim titles.

Madrimov shouldn't have an issue being ready to fight back to back. These days the fighters are better than the guys back in good old days. In the good old days guys fought once a month or more. If those lousy, untrained, malnutritioned guys could do it, surely Madrimov can. LOL

Id rather he cancel 1 of the 2, these are high stakes fights and I want him to be at his best for both of them, and I don’t think 2 months is enough recovery time for these caliber of fights.

Fighters back then fought often but had softer touches in between the higher caliber fighters. I still think 2 months from one big puncher to another big puncher isn't enough time to fully recover. He could potentially get himself in a hard fought war with Bohachuk. It's hard to see Madrimov go into the Ortiz fight unscathed unless he actually has an easier time and potentially stops Bohachuk without much damage.

We'll see how it goes for him.

I'm betting on Madrimov to beat Serhii.

in 6 months time he will be fighting top 5 guys back to back ? That's some next level ****. Take notes BUD, Usyk and others....

Almost no chance that Ortiz fight happens in February. Bohachuk is too tough, durable, strong and well matched with Madrimov, for Israil to be coming out of that fight with no injuries, cuts or anything, That is going to be a war.

I assume his career earnings haven't been high, and he just got two high money offers back to back, so he said screw it and accepted. Plus, taking a look on the Boxrec of his amateur career, fighting often isn't exactly something new to him.

If you include Bud, all 3 within 6 months.

I admire him but I don't think that is enough recovery time for 2 hard fights it's not like one of them is a tune up.
I am getting Kovalev vibes where he went from a war with Yarde into a Canelo fight with not really any rest time.
