    The Teofimo Lopez vs. Josh Taylor fight generated a total of 980,000 viewers who tuned in to the fight on ESPN, making it the most watched fight on the channel so far this year. Sources say that the new Super Lightweight champion won a purse of $2.3 million dollars.

    Anyone know what numbers it did on Sky for the UK audience?

    I guess it would've been a lot less given it was at 4am in the morning....maybe few hundred thousand in Scotland alone and then maybe another few hundred thousand across the rest of the Kingdom? Maybe half?

    That's pretty impressive considering that Teofimo has looked like ass since the Kambosos fight and less than 1% of casual boxing fans have heard of Josh Taylor. And the fight wasn't even heavily promoted.
