So being in favor of an Asian/Russian boxer makes a person a white power advocate? What world are you living in? Is it any coincidence that these same people are almost always also fans of Chocolitito, Thurman, Paq, Bradley etc?

Do you think it may possibly have something to do with boxing styles?

The man is a cheater, and it seems that the Russians have a full program for abuse with enhancing substances ... first the athletes, which are actually banned from the Olympic Games in Brazil, then their participants in the winter olympics, etc, etc ... Now Povetkin has been a Monster since he left Universum and started to fight out of Russia, I remember of his lasluster perfomance against Marko Huck and Ruslan Chagaev back in Germany, and then his surprising perfomances against Klitschko, Takam, Perez, since he was fighting back in Russia ...

Yes, of course it does. That makes complete sense and is totally rational to a large % of (biased and irrational) people posting here.

    Meldonium Obviously does improve performance.

"Many other drugs boost blood flow. But instead of relaxing or opening up your arteries, like most of these medications, meldonium blocks the action of an amino acid called carnitine, explains Mohamed Jalloh, Pharm.D., a pharmacist at Creighton University in Omaha. Without carnitine, your body burns more sugar instead of fat for fuel, an energy-producing equation that requires less oxygen."

Meldonium certainly is beneficial for performance. Go and research what it is and how it interacts with the body lol.

    "Why was it banned?

Because meldonium increases oxygen to the blood, the World Anti-Doping Agency began monitoring use of it among professional athletes. After finding multiple instances of it being used, WADA announced last September that it was declaring it a banned substance, as of January, due to the fact that it could aid an athlete's endurance and be used with "the intention of enhancing performance."

WADA classifies meldonium as a "metabolic modulator" because of its metabolic effects and places it in the same category as insulin, which can also be abused to boost performance. "

Edit: And it's obvious it's a performance enhancer otherwise DOPING angencies wouldn't look and ban athletes from using it. What do you think they are doing their job for?

Check if you ate a piece of cake the day before?

A pre workout supplement would probably have more benefit. Wilder has a legit out now so he'll refuse to take the fight. Back to fighting sub 30 ranked bums in his backyard.

Neither does a diuretic but that doesn't stop folks from calling them PED cheats.

Unknown? This drug is produced since the 1970's, it can be bought over the counter in a lot of EE countries but of course that shouldn't stop you from pushing your agenda.
