    Soro:1,
    Oziel:

We're off! Oziel is rangey looking and opens with a worked jab, looks like a proper pro - Soro comes with the straight right left-hook, naughty. Soro looks pretty dry and is clearly taking a look, landing single shots, puncturing Oziel's organisation, but Mexico pushing forwards. Soro has lightened on his feet though and lands an uppercut and a hard jab. Oziel not for quitting though and comes forward working a 1-2 and 1-2-3 on Soro's gloves. More body work is called for a I think but it's Soro that comes with the lashing right ot the body, then upstairs, oh my goodness, fast-handed attack to finish out the round, he is boss.

I'm watching courtesy of Fox Sports Argentina (no idea why they've any vested interest; zero Argies on the card), so can make out bits and pieces of commentary as my Spanish is way better than my French.

    Caught this bit:

"campeon oro de ahh emmay bae"

    - WBA gold champion.

...is Soro that, still? Hasn't defended the bauble in nigh five years. But his defense versus Vitu is the most recent bout for it.

    Soro:1,
    Oziel:

Soro is come to kill in round two, Oziel is allowed to land too but Soro is staying in there with him he wants to finish this up quick by the looks. He's betting on hi sbetter technique basically - but slows down after about 50 seconds. In fact, Oziel probably wins his first 30 second spell, leaving himself open though - ah! A bodyshot and Oziel is down! It's oooooooooovvvvvvvvvvvaaaaaaaaaaaaa, gruesome left hook to the body and it's goodnight, and good luck.

    Soro KO2 Oziel.

No question of that one being about going home to see the family quick smart - that looked awful, horrible.

Ahh fiddlesticks, watching the second round now and have read this the very moment my last round score submitted. :sisi1

Wasn't going any other way, though.

Genuinely awful wasn't it? One of those punches you're just very happy not to have taken.

Soro addresses the crowd, usual nonsense, nice to his delighted opponent, no word on a next move. I got worried he was going to retire there or something.

For anybody that didn't tune in, just imagine this mug:

...stretched into a comically exagerrated silent-screaming rictus. That was Santoyo's reaction to receiving that body shot KO, though he seems in fine spirits now, handshakes all-round.

Soro looked sharp for the little length it lasted. Soro should go to America and beat the crap out of Charles Conwell.

Cheers for the company @IntentionalButt , @Russell. Oldschool, hardcore, you know the score.

No problem, thanks for RBR. You going to be there for the Umara card tonight? Two nearly 300 pounds heavyweights going at it... lol

    Watch this space for highlights:

    https://youtube.com/@12raundsports?si=qHORj_6ZZUwIlAbw

Channel just put up a minute of Mekhaled vs. Cantos anyway, so presumably they're (slowly) going to make their way through.

Honestly the last few bouts could all be crammed into a five minute or so "highlight" package.
