    WILFREDO BENITEZ, has to be one of the greatest defensive boxers to ever step foot in the ring.

    James Toney for me. Exceptional defense from any range and most importantly was adept at converting defense into offense in almost every situation. Benitez a fine choice as well

    I doubt he could stand with the great fighters, but Josh Kelly's defense in his early fights was mind blowing. Now he's keeping his dukes up and using the shoulder roll. The results have not been great.
    But you specified 'orthodox', so I guess he doesn't count. OK, never mind. Let me think about it...
    Edit: I thought he was a southpaw, but I was wrong. He's a righty.

    I'll say that SALVADOR SANCHEZ can be in the top great orthodox boxers as well as the famous well-known MUHAMMAD ALI.

    DAVID HAYE can be another one, extremely similar to Josh Kelly but lets hope that he isn't going to be wasted talent...
