I've seen him on FNF. He's a solid fighter, but Kovalev should steamroll him. Caparello doesn't have the skill or the power to discourage Kovalev.

A guy fighting mediocre opposition with no punch. People need to be outraged about this just as they are about the Garcia fight.

The difference is that plenty of people want to fight Garcia and nobody wants to fight Kovalev.

Some of you don't know this, but Kovalev gave up part of his purse to Agnew so he can get him to fight.

Salka is ranked 77th by boxrec and has fought no one of note. Caparello is ranked 9th by boxrec and has actually beat a couple of notable fighters.

Forget all of that, Caparello is straight up a better fighter than Salka.

Salka is pretty good. Better than his ranking would indicate. Actually I'd pick Salka over Garcia but it seems as if Garcia will not be fighting Salka after all which was a smart decision.

Who? Allan green? Come on chico. We both know this is a bull**** fight. Caparello is going to get run over. The division is ****, but, you gotta come better than this.

Allan Green is actually a solid fighter who's fought for a world title. You'd be amazed how difficult it is to even get to Allan Green's level in boxing. Anyway, it's easy to complain about an opponent. However, you need to have a better solution if you're going to do that. There aren't many options out there for Kovalev at this time. Remember, he was supposed to fight for the lineal title. That fell apart due to no fault of his own.

How is that going to help? He's f*cking bribing opponents to get into the ring with him.

Stevenson don't the fight. Hopkins don't want the fight. Cloud was offered a fight and he declined.

At least Caparello beat Allen Green, which makes him 100x better an opponent than Garcia's.

Meh. When we are discussing most fighters the opponent is judged based on whether he is a worthy opponent that will produce a competitive fight. If the opponent is not, the fight is called bull**** and the fighter is berated. In the case of fighters that people like to dick ride, people try to see things from his side of things. I really don't care what the explanation is. If Stevenson was fighting Caperello would people justify it? No. Nor should they. This shouldn't be justified either.
