Did anybody else notice that tonight during Joshua’s ring walk he had that same forlorn look about him exactly the same way he looked in his ring walk for Ruiz 1 ? It’s as if all his confidence just left him and he knew he was walking down to the ring and into certain defeat .
Yup. Dry on his face bag of nerves. Staring into the abyss at Daniels corner pretending that he's unfazed when deep down he knows he's one punch away from getting chinned just praying he gets there first. Avoided chewing his gumshield this time. Ben Davison's also looking scared knowing that AJ can't box and probably got put over in sparring 5 times. Dubious no nerves, lots of sexual energy. Easy night. Probably dropped all his partners with a jab. Usyk sitting at ringside holding his belly and Dubious licking his lips at him.
Yes!!!!!! I just said the samething in the RBR thread. I picked Joshua before the fight but when I see the ring walk I was getting Joshua/Ruiz 1 vibes I was alot less confident in my pick.
Yep I said in the RBR that Dubois looked loose and ready, and AJ looked very stiff, reminiscent of the Ruiz 1 walkout. And it turned out his performance in this fight was even worse than against Ruiz
I thought he looked really calm and focused actually. Not like Ruiz 1 when he was chewing on his gumshield like he'd done a load of meth in the changing rooms. Tonight's beating has blindsided them. They were confident.
Yep I noticed the same thing, soon as he entered the ring he looked off, awkward being there almost. Not as bad or obvious as Ruiz 1 but still it's clear he suffers with anxiety by the looks of it.
