Good shout on McCrory there mate he’s had a rough time recently wrongly accused of some thing with a woman, almost lost everything and now he’s helping the homeless as he was almost homeless himself, a real straight shooter and he hope he gets to come back into the fold, I like Nelson too don’t always agree with him but always find him engaging, I want to dislike Froch but I can’t and always find him entertaining.
I like Shawn Porter too and his ridiculous dress sense.
Chisora is just starting in the game but I think he’s going to be an all time great, but he’s a loose cannon and might not get much mainstream coverage.

Sho: Pacheco, Albert, Cysz.

Worst? Dazn commentators. Grisham is awful.

I always thought Sean O'Grady was a decent commentator for Tuesday and Friday night fights on ESPN back in the day.

 

Some of the ones I like are Lampley, Paulie, Col. Bob Sheridan, and the guy that did the blow by blow for the Tyson vs Holyfield fight and the Castillo Corrales fight for Showtime.

Merchant could be entertaining but I don't think he's good. He just wanted to see people beating the hell out of each other sometimes and didn't appreciate boxing skill.

 

WORST: Anyone who yells "WOOOO" when somebody lands a punch

 

Jim Lampley is the benchmark. Cosell was awful at following what was happening in a fight but the most fun to listen to.

As to the worst, too many to mention. Tony Bellew is dire though.

 

Lampley, Merchant, and Foreman are my all time favorite combo.
The old Showtime crew was usually good. Bernstein, Tarver, Czyz, Paulie
The old Tuesday Night fights crew was good.

Too many bad commentators to name them all. Kellerman absolutely blows. Whoever they have doing DAZN and ESPN are usually terrible.
