Who should Crawford fight next?!

Wish Jermell didn’t seemingly just cash his career in, I’d love to see him fight Crawford or any of these guys.

 

Either Tszyu, Fundora, or the winner of Ortiz/Bohachuck

 

Vergil

 

Whoever holds the belts

 

I wanna see Vergil or Boots but Fundora seems likely

 

I really don't see Bud having more than 2 more fights, maybe 3 max. Personally I'd like to see him either Unify the division, which I think he could do. Or move up and challenge for a title at 160. With Janibek collapsing trying to make 160, his titles will surely be vacated. Leaving Carlos Adames for the WBC belt and the winner of Erislandy Lara Vs Danny Garcia for the WBA belt.

I think both paths are viable and would be great for his legacy. He would probably be the favorite in all of those fights. I'm curious as to what his preference would be between becoming a 5 division champion vs 3 division undisputed.

 

Really interesting points. With Crawford having, at most, 3 fights left. Is it possible to unify at 154? Or will he try for belts at 160? And/or maybe even 168?

I would be more impressed with another unification at 36+ years of age but I think its more likely he goes up to 160 and considers 168

He'd massacre Fundora. The Charlo Brothers are past their due by date. He won't fight Boots.

I'd say Tzyu but he doesn't have a belt so I guess it's Fundora for the easy W.

Charlo (bad blood), winner of Fundora - Spence, Vergil Ortiz (if he gets past Bohachuk), Boots, vacant belt at 160 are all options. Personally would like to see Boots or Charlo.

 

Virgil and Boots would do more for his legacy because they are the best available fighters.

 

He's not fighting Boots. That fight isn't gonna happen. Neither is a rematch vs. Spence.

It's gonna be Vergil Ortiz, Fundora or Tszyu. I think it's gonna be Fundora personally
