Me personally, i know he's a natural super middleweight, but i haven't seen a man faster than Roy Jones Jr in his prime

You might think i'm joking, saying that this guy is faster than every middleweight, lightweight, flyweight, welter etc but in my eyes, he's the fastest ever, the personification of the concept of velocity

I don't think that, as long as i live, i'll be able to witness a man as fast as Roy Jones Jr

Hector Camacho, Meldrick Taylor, Roy Jones Jr, Floyd Patterson. Tough to separate them but Roy probably edges it for me.

Roy Jones. He had quick feet, quick reflexes as well as quick single & combination punches. They're aren't many fighters whose singles shots are as quick as their combinations and vice-versa. Ali was pretty quick with his combinations, but his single shots were faster. Tyson was quick with single shots, but his combinations were quicker. Roy's single punches & combinations were the same level of speed.

Ali,when his jab was compared to many fighters he's still the fastest, even lighter ones like SRR.

The second,I thought Kid Gavilan was super fast, think about it,how many fighters can widen their punches and turn in compact again for a faster punch? Plus he threw those in combos.

Last is Roy Jones Jr, don't ask me again bout him, look at the comments above me.

I like Ali, Jones, Howard Davis Jr and Hector Camacho, for starters. Taylor had machine gun hands but wasn't a true overall speedster like those guys. With quality film guys like Willie Pep among others would be prominent.

I never believed that part about Ali being faster than Robinson. Ali was certainly the quickest big man but doubtful he could literally be faster than a quick welterweight. That was Jimmy Jacobs on some Cus D'Mato shi!.

There wasn't quality film of Robinson at his fastest form 147lbs. I just take that with a grain of salt.

Great list. Not only did Meldrick Taylor make the list but he also fought your fastest Lightweight and Junior Middleweight
